AI Transparency Statement
Last updated: September 14, 2026
Welcome to CORTELYOU™. This AI Transparency Statement outlines our standards, boundaries, and operational disclosure regarding artificial intelligence across our fine art catalog, technical workflows, and digital storefront at cortelyou.net.
Master Declaration: 100% HumanMade Fine Art & Production
Every single piece of original fine art, edition print, vector composition, and production file published and sold by CORTELYOU™ is 100 percent human-made.
Artificial Intelligence, generative models, algorithmic image synthesizers, and neural network engines have ZERO involvement in the creative ideation, composition, drawing, coloring, or production of our artworks.
We maintain strict artistic boundaries across every stage of digital fine art creation:
No generative image generation or AI prompt-to-image software.
No AI-synthesized brushes, textures, patterns, or automated styling layers however software elements licensed to the firm may contain AI Elements used in the creation of said tools.
No algorithmic color selection, neural palette generation, or automated grading.
No AI vector generation, AI line-tracing, or AI path-completion algorithms. Legacy Digital Vectorization Methods (Not AI or Generative) are occasionally used for textures, brushes, etc.
No generative fill, content-aware replacement, inpainting, or outpainting tools.
No synthetic upscaling or generative resolution enhancement.
Every vector path, anchor point, brush stroke, color balance adjustment, and master print file is authored, refined, and approved by human hands.
1. Architectural Mockups and Setting Visualizations
To help collectors, interior architects, and corporate art specifiers evaluate how framed works interact with interior scale, lighting, and finishes, CORTELYOU™ utilizes rendered display environments:
Hybrid Presentation Strategy: We combine authentic photographic gallery interiors with synthetic 3D and computer-generated interior scenes.
Contextual Staging Only: Some room mockups, architectural background environments, and furniture settings featured on our website are generated using AI generative tools & advanced digital rendering techniques. Elements within those mockups may also contain AI Images.
Artwork Fidelity Remains Pure: In all circumstances, the artwork displayed within the frame of any mockup is an exact, unaltered 2D representation of the genuine human-created print file (asside from the watermark). Generative background rendering is used strictly for contextual staging and scale reference.
2. Website Text and Technical Communications
To support digital operations and catalog organization, artificial intelligence tools are utilized in limited administrative and textual capacities:
Technical Copy & Descriptions: We utilize large language models to assist in drafting, refining, and standardizing product specifications, material schedules, site copy, and catalog intake descriptions.
Operational Code & Formatting: Scripting workflows, layout adjustments, database synchronization, and technical documentation may be formatted or optimized using AI code-assistance tools.
Human Editorial Control: All public text, policies, product data, and client communications undergo direct human editorial review and approval before publication.
3. Materials, Archival Printing, and Physical Production
All physical items offered through our catalog are manufactured through professional, contract-grade commercial printing and custom framing processes:
High-density mineral pigment giclée prints produced on 200 gsm 100% cotton rag archival paper.
Custom-cut architectural extruded aluminum frame profiles assembled by master craftspeople.
Optical-grade Perspex acrylic glazing fitted and sealed by hand.
Physical assembly, quality-control inspection, and secure packaging are executed entirely by human technicians.
4. Commitment to Integrity and Inquiries
CORTELYOU™ believes clear disclosures preserve the value of craftsmanship, technical precision, and genuine fine art. If you have questions regarding our creative processes, materials, or studio practices, please contact us directly at studio@cortelyou.net.
